I can relate

I have the same thing. My situation began with my noticing 2 hard, whitish bumps just under the skin on the underside of my scrotum (but not in the anal area).  They were smaller than a BB in size and slightly oval in shape.  They were not blistered or sores, as I have heard herpes described.  I managed to open one up with a sterilized pin point and a hard, white puss colored bump came out.
I now have several of them, ranging from tiny to slightly larger than BB size.  There is no pain or itching associated with them.  They just keep poping up.
What could they possibly be?

You need to see a doctor.  If you haven't had sex, you can't have an std.

This is some type of bacterial thing, but I can't tell you what specifically, and you might need an antibiotic to help clear it up.

i have the same exact thing except mine is very sore, im only 15, i wash good daily and have never had sex, so far i have thought it was just acne after i squeezed a white puss from it but now it has gotten about 2x larger and nothing white comes out from squeezing.  I have been getting very worried and would feel awkward about talking to a doctor, especially my parents and didnt know if there was any other info that someone could give to help.

Larjumc -

I am not a doctor, this is not a doctors forum, and there is no way anyone can tell you, based on the symptoms you have, what is going on without seeing you in person.  No one can ever diagnose you over the internet, whether its a doc or or your tabby cat.

Ever.

If it makes you feel better, go to the doctors forum, pay your $15, and hear the same thing.

Oh.., well, thank you for all of the help and diagnosis and comfort and peace of mind -  Dr.auntiejessi.  I could have gotten the same advise from my Tabby Cat.  I can tell that there is an incredibly intelligent staff at MedHelp from all of the "could be's".
I plan on doing just that  but you see, for someone to answer my question correctly and professionally, may keep someone else from coming in here and asking the same question, and telling someone to go get checked out without some type of faq and not just "could be's". They would already have something to possibly build on.
I want to thank you in the language of the doctor that hasn't a clue - quack quack!
Please, if you don't know, let someone that does, answer the question.
Thank you

This could be acne, herpes, a fungal infection, staph, etc.

Its best to stop picking and poking, and just get it checked out.
