please help!

Im worried sick!
I had a one night encounter with a sex worker, she started to guide me in without pertection, but I pulled away after touching breifely then put some one, after that I took off the used condom and with nothing to use, wiped up a little with the condom. ( I wasn't thinking well because I had been drinking) then put a new one on.

I wouldn't think of getting hiv but since then i've had achy testicles and a pressure in my left side. I've read about enlarged spleen being one of many symptoms and don't know if that could be it.
I also had tingeling in my right hand for one day. I didn't think anyting of that until I found that on a website too!

I hadn't told my wife at the time and she started having a swollen gland in her neck, that went away after three days and then the other side acted up for about 3 days as well

She took an hiv test about 5 to 6 weeks after and it was neg.

I took a saliva test recently but it won't be back for a week or two

judging from the unique symptoms that we both have had Before knowing that they were symptoms and the sexual encounter,  please give me your advise on my chances of us having hiv

No one deserves HIV period. In the situation you described you didn't have a risk of contracting HIV.

Most of what I have read on here, you all say that there is no risk or not much.

What WOULD be a risk? since hiv is contracted by sexual acts

I didn't expect any risk because I used protecton, until I started to see symptoms in both me and her and she didn't know at the time.

Im scared for myself, but mostly for her.. she didn't do anyting wrong and she most definatly doesn't deserve hiv

I am so miserable, I pray that it will turn out alright

move on you had no risk and symptoms are never a valid indicator of hiv

WHAT i dont get is if you thought you might have a risk how could you put your wife in the same scenario i dont get it ?
