Tooth abscesses in two teeth

I recently underwent a super painful start of a dual root canal, The dentist used temporary fillings, Amalgam I believe. It has been about a month now and I am currently in extreme pain, I am experiencing symptoms of fatigue, slight fever, nausea that does not go away, and super sensitivity to hot things, ( e.g.., Hot drinks, temperature of foods, etc..) . I have tried Tylenol extra strength for the pain but its not working to well and I am unable to take ibuprofen because of a stomach ulcer that i have... My question is should I go to the Emergency room to seek assistance for this tooth?
