Hi

I understand your situation.

I would suggest that you have this assessed by your physician. This may be something that needs topical medications. Good hygiene is also important here. You have mentioned that you sometimes do not wash your penis for days (is this correct?). This is not advisable as this may lead to infections and other diseases like a urinary tract infection.

May I ask if you are circumcised? This is an important question as persons who are not circumcised may have an increased risk in developing infections like balanitis.

Here is a url which may guide you with good genital hygiene:

Hi

If this is not a discharge, the closest thing I can associate to this are scales. If there are wounds present then you have to have this assessed early on. Infections like dermatitis , folliculitis, scabies and psoriatic conditions may be considered here. At this point, I can not exactly visualize what you are describing although these skin conditions are the closest I can associate with the skin condition  you have described in your post.

In the absence of sexual activity, STD's may be ruled out. The foul smell however, may suggest an infection. I suggest a culture of these white paste. Parasitic infections also need to be considered.

Have you had previous infections before that was not well treated?

Any exposure with anyone who has TB  or parasitic infections?

But some white type of patches is appearing both sides of my scrotum without any pain and itching. Kindly suggest me what to do. lam a Virgin and not having any contacts with any type of girl. But i don't know why it is happening. Looking for ur early replay.

Hi

I understand that you are very worried about this. At this point, I can only provide you differentials or possible conditions that may be causing this problem. These whitish paste that you are saying may be due to  a fungal infection. Is this paste a discharge from the scrotum? Is there any wound in the scrotum wherein the whitish paste comes from?

I suggest that you have this assessed by your physician first. If this is a fungal infection then you will be needing antifungal medications to apply on the area. An evaluation of the discharge or the whitish paste may be necessary. This may be cultured or a microscopic evaluation may be done.

Will you be able to seek consul with your doctor before you get on the ship?
