hi,
all the conditions that you have described here are minor issues. these may be generally unrelated. however, it may not be conclusively said that you may or may not be having HIV. The only sure way is to undergo a test to find this out.
I think it is best that you get yourself and your partner examined for this.
It will also be best that you use a condom in all your future encounters. It will protect you from the worries and the disease too.
Symptoms are useless indicators in determining if someone has HIV.
HIV isn't a guessing game, the only sure way to know your HIV status is to test. You could tested at the three month mark since your last risk for a conclusive result.
Your symptoms do not sound like HIV Acute Retroviral Syndrome aynyway. Rashes if they occur in HIV ARS are generally concentrated in the torso, with very few lesions in the extremities and are non-priuritic.
You don't state where on the hands the rashes are and in the tags you added foot rash. Other STIs can have dermatological manifestations e.g. secondary syphilis on the palms of the hand and soles of the feet.
You may want to post on the HIV prevention forum to have your risk assessed also.
