symptoms with High Prolactin levels

I have a high prolactin level.  But some of my symptoms are feeling as though I am pregnant.  My abdomen is larger, nausea, tender breasts, moody, lots of pressure in my abdomen. I have also been diagnosed with fibroids in my uterus about three months ago. Dr. said not to worry about it unless I have symptoms.   so I really don't know if my sytoms are from the prolactin or the fibroids.   I am getting really pissed off  by the fact none of my DRs are listening to me and the symptoms that I am having.   I would like a straight answer.  Oh and I have been having a constant pain in my lower right back.  That is what started this whole thing.  r/o kidney stones.  I have increased my bromocriptin to 5mg at night.  This will be my third day. Thanks for any info.

Did you find out what is causing all these symptoms yet? I am going through the same situation and it is very confusing. I already have children but it really feels like I could be pregnant. I will go for an MRI in a week to see if there is a pituitary tumor.

The symptoms can be due to the fibroids. The larger they are the more abdominal symptoms may be present. Bromocriptine can cause nausea so this symptom can be from the medication.
