how q2uickly can you get pregnant after norplant

i have had norplant in for 11yrs.it should be removed after 5yrs.
i have been unable to get pregnant in the 7yrs since it has ran out,
it was only removed last month??
does anyone know anything???
This discussion is related to I have had Norplant implanted in my arm for 9 years, it is supposed to be taken out after 5 can I still get pregnant?.

i had a norplant for the recommended 5 years 15 years ago..and in all this time i have never fell pregnant. I know Norplant was banned in the US some years ago because it made so many women infertile but im unsure whether there is anything any of us can do about it ..eg compensation.. I dont know if anyone else has the answer to this.
