A Worried well from Middle East :(

Here is my story. I had an encounter with a female sex worker recently in Indonesia. Even though I didn’t have inserted vaginal sex with her, she did a oral sex for me about 4 to 5 minutes. After that I had rubbed my penis on her vagina. As far as I remember it wasn’t wet. It happened around 3 and half months ago. I didn’t have any symptoms till 3 months. But recently (2 weeks ago)I had a mild fever which is coming and going till now. The same time I am having excessive burping (bloating) just after I eat or drink anything. It never happened to me before. My wife also facing the same problem of burping from the same day when I started having burping. Are there symptom of early HIV? I heard that malabsorption is one of the early symptom of HIV and burping is the symptom of malabsorpation. I am completely out of mind and worried when I read about that. Could you please let me know if burping and mild fever after 3 months is symptom of early HIV?
the thing is i am still very much worried as i am almost confirmed myself that i infected with it after reading below links .. could you please go through it and give me your comments ?? does axiety could give me the same symptoms ??
i had mild fever for a week .. incresed body temperature, excessive burping just after i eat and drink and sore throats .. from this only burping is left with me and wife for now ...
its not possible for me to get it tested right now as i am in middle east .. here testing for HIV is big risk as if they found positive, they will arrest you and kick you out of the country on spot .. :(
