Is it possible to get pregnant after a full hysterectomy?

I have five children my oldest being 15 years of age and youngest being 6 years of age. I did want at least one more chiled, but unfortunately after my last child i had to have a hysterectomy because of cancerous cells on my cervix. I'm now with a great man which is now my fiance and would like to have a child with him. Is it possible for me to get pregnant after a full hysterectomy? Is there any meds i can take to make it happen? If not what else can i do?  Sincerely mel3439.

There's no ovaries which means no eggs and you also wouldn't have a womb anymore. If you want to have another child, adoption or surrogacy are your only options now. So sorry!

I agree with the above poster.  If you've had a full hysterectomy, removal of uterus and ovaries, there is no way you can get pregnant and deliver a baby.

No you cannot get pregnant if you  had a full hysterectomy. full hysterectomy means that your uterus has been completely removed including your ovaries etc.  You cannot bear any more children yourself, you need a uterus to support a pregnancy and you don't have one.

If you want to have a child with this man you can adopt or he can learn to love and embrace your children as part of his family.
