...and you can see, she loves the cardboard scratch pad, too.  It was brand new just 4 weeks ago.

Lol...yes, I meant to comment on the destroyed scratch pad.  A good sign!  Wonder if we shouldn't go that route for Jade.  These tall posts with the rope and carpet can get expensive when replacing every year.  Jade has found a new love - pull herself around the bottom of the post while kicking the heck out of it.  Carpet and rope pieces Everywhere!...but that's okay : )

Teia really started getting into the cardboard pads, after we found that she adores Cat Nip, and started putting the nip atop the corrugated paper... >(8–)

I put a layer of duct tape on the bottom of the pads, so the nip stays in the paper pretty well.
