Juggabug, thx doll, 16"x20" canvas, acrylic paint, acrylic sealer, paper decoupage text, white glue........hugnormous amount of static time on your hands. Lol

Almost looks like painted corks...which is why I asked.  It looks very textured...I want to see this in person.
