Saying no is one of the best ways to combat stress before it affects your well-being. Taking on too much can make you feel irritated, frazzled and run-down. So delegate tasks at work that can be done by someone else, and schedule time during the day for activities you enjoy — even if it's just grabbing a cup of coffee from the corner or reading a chapter of a book during lunch.
