Help! Concerned about Vyvanse showing up on an employment drug test!

Hi,
I am a 23 year old 5'8" male that weights approximately 140 pounds. I drink a modest amount of water (about two 16.9 fl oz bottles of water a day). I took a 40 mg Vyvanse pill on a Thursday and another pill of the same the following Saturday( two days later). I was then required to take a urine drug test for employment at a lab called Quest Diagnostics the following Friday after taking the last 40 mg Vyvanse pill (approx. six days later). Should I be worried about it being detected in the urine drug test?
Also, I took a multi-vitamin pill containing 5 mg of Riboflavin, among other vitamins, which I've read may cause a drug test to show positive. Should I be worried?

If you have ADHD and a prescription - no worries even if it does show up.  If you don't ....then this search showed that, "Vyvanse is detectable in urine up to 3 days after ingesting Vyvanse. Vyvanse is detectable in hair samples for months after ingestion. Though Vyvanse itself only stays in your system four hours post-ingestion, the active drug d-amphetamine stays in your system for 40 hours.Nov 26, 2016"
