Yes, 6 year old boys are not that great at communicating what is going on.  I have one myself!  He may not even realize what is happening. I would stay in close contact with the driver and find out at least weekly how things are going.

What does he do on the bus that gets him into trouble?  Are they givng you specific info?

I would also talk again w/your doctor about how things are going, sounds like not much better on medications.  Make sure you see a child psychiatrist, I am not really big on pediatricians prescribing these drugs.

Is it ADD or some other problem that has not been diagnosed? Bring this problem to your doctor.

I had a similar problem with my son when he was in grade school on two occasions. The first time I had this trouble he was taking ridalyn and he did not have a good reaction to it.  He lashed out at everyone, I changed his medication to Aderall XR and the problems subsided he was in second grade.  The second time it happened he was in fifth grade and it was because a child in his class was being mean to him at school.  He was incredibly mean to his brother and sisters and was in kicked off the bus once.  He did not want to tell me because he did not know how to express his feelings and did not want me to worry.  I had to sit him down and make him tell me what the problem was.  He had a new teacher that was temporary and he was have problems with a student that sat next to him and she wouldn't move him. I had to go to the principle of the school to get his chair moved.

Being that your son is so young maybe he can not express himself well enough to let you know what the problem is.  Maybe an older child is picking on him in the bus and he is reacting.  I don't know what meds your son is on but maybe they don't last until the end of the day and he just can't sit still anymore and his behavior becomes a problem then.  You should talk with his bus driver and ask what he is doing on the bus that is getting him kicked off.  It could be as simple as he gets up and walks around.

I hope this is helpful.

I would talk to the bus driver and see if there is a child or children that are giving your son a hard time .And I would also talk to his Teacher and Pricable to.

Sometime these drugs can make children and adults do things they shouldn't do,it is one of many side effect of these drugs.

also I would make sure your child has been checked for everything that looks like add/adhd.His thyroid levels and sugar levels should be checked.along with other test before they just start any child on these drugs.

also if anything has changed at home can make a child act out.

Sounds pretty typical for a child with ADHD.  Is he getting behavioral therapy?
He is 6.  How can he tell you what is wrong with him if nobody has explained it to him.
I highly suggest you get the book, "The ADD/ ADHD Answer book," by Susan Ashley.  It will help you understand what is wrong with him and how to work with him.
