Well i have had an interesting result from energy drinks.
No effect at all. I can drink one right before bed and fall asleep quickly. But hey that stuff probably costs more than meds

Red Bull contains caffeine which improves focus and attention. However, prescription medications are generally far more effective than Red Bull for ADHD.
I don't know the answer to that, but I wouldn't recommend it for a child (if that is whom you are asking). I have heard that Mt. Dew helps, but have never tried it. I have also heard other people talking about natural supplements, such as Omega 3,6,9, Fish Oil and Vitamin C. I have also never tried this for my stepson, but plan to. Hope this helps!
