Protein at breakfast is highly recommended.  Wakes the brain up and gets it moving.  Best wishes.

Wow, its certainly time for white boards and smart phones and more importantly, the whole family to pitch in an help!   Be really thankful that you have gone through this a few times.  Could you imagine if this was your first time?
I really have never seen anything safe to take for AD/HD.  Omega 3's will be a little helpful.  Sleep is really important!  In fact, sleep may be the single biggest thing you can do for your self as lack of it will really, really, hurt.
In terms of things that you can do.  The link I am going to give you will be helpful.  But more importantly, it will connect you to a site that has many, many good ways to help you. Make sure that you read the comments after the article as lots of good ideas there too.   But more importantly, after you are done reading.  Go up to the top of the page and hit the "Living with adult ADHD tab"  and start clicking on the resources.   You can find lots and lots of great ideas to help.   And all are by people who deal with this.

Good luck to you and let me know if I can be of more help.
