headaches and aderoll

my grandson takes 30mg of generic aderoll daily,at least 2-3 times a week he gets a headache so severe that it often lasts until sometime the next day.He is in excurciating pain and can't eat and won't drink. What could be causing this? His pediatrican has given him a prescription for pain medicine but it doesn't help.I try to make him eat some breakfast but once the aderoll kicks in he says he doesn't want to eat or drink, could this be a part of the problem?I need to find some way to help him!

If you have never had soybean then it's time to start finding things that are delicious for him like soybean milk  soybean meat , soybean is high in lecithin for mental concentration or take lecithin capsules at night the smallest quantity so it's easy to swallow. IP-6  an anticancer remedy is very good for concentration this way you will have best of both worlds.

Definitely seek a second opinion.  He may need to change meds.  My husband and son are both adhd.  Their meds dont affect their appetite at all.  Good luck to u.

Wait, the pediatrican's way of dealing with this is to give him pain medication?  You need to find a doctor that has a clue about treating kids with ADHD.  Find someone like a pediatric psychiatrist or psychologist that specializes in ADHD.  Worse case scenario, make sure your current doctor understands the problem and that you think its med related.  The meds need to be adjusted.  And yes, if he is not eating or drinking, that can cause headaches.  He needs to take his meds after breakfast anyway.  Start with that first.   Then talk with his teacher and see how he is doing at school.  Does the problem continue there?  I guess its always possible he could be doing this to avoid school?
