I met an old friend of mine who made a not too famous statement. He said," Everyone I know is dead." I immediately rushed home and looked in the mirror. Yep, there I was. Had me worried for a while. Thought maybe I was a zombie or something. Everyone he knew was dead. It never occurred to him that the guy standing in front of him (me) was someone he knew. Have any of you had someone make an idiotic statement to you that made you shake your head?

my brother and his daughter had just arrived in San Francisco from New Jersey..as they sat outside the airport waiting for my sister to pick them up, my brother commented "man, you sure see a lot of California license plates here"

Once, my friend and I were driving to the hospital because I was having an asthma attack, it was around 3 in the morning and she asked, "what if the hospital is closed?"

SAME FRIEND - We stop at a store to buy some drinks, I have a habit of locking my car door when I get out. I get out and lock my door, she stayed in the car, when I got back in she asked me why did I lock her in the car because maybe she wanted to get out.
