Yup, I am very encouraged with the surgery...AND not needing the opiates. I'll keep them around for a bit, In case of a strain or hurting something, but hen its flush flush.

So good to hear from you. 100 is too hot to work, I agree. Better go take a vacation, eh?
I am well, just recovery from back surgery a week ago Wednesday, and because of the pain pills, thought I 'd better be a lot more active here for awhile. My last pain pill was on 7-15, so I  am very encouraged.

Hi GTMI. I am ok, haven't been on here in a bit and missed MH. Lots going on lately, but I am alive and kicking:) It's been so hot here past 2 weeks, over 100 and not fun to work in. Hope your doing well

It's been over a week since I've seen Gizz on here....
