I think maybe we have cloned husbands... he's still hanging on to a '76 Kawasaki that his brother gave him...we haven't ridden that thing since 1983...my hubby saves EVERYTHING...lighter flints, zillions of nuts, bolts, screws, wires and that old Dodge he's so proud of, well, a lot of the time, it's not even running. And we have a huge upholstered chair on our front porch because it's too big to bring inside and he won't get rid of that either. like being married to Fred Sanford..that's about what the place looks like...sheesh...the things us girls put up with!...cat...=)
You're comment made me laugh. It reminded me of the first time I went to my husbands apartment when we were dating. He had motorcycle parts all over his microwave stand,no microwave just parts.LOL He has a Honda Rebel that was given to him by his father years and years ago. That bike hasn't run since I met him.he keeps saying he's going to get the parts and fix it.We have moved 3 times since we got married and each time I tell him if the bike isn't running it's not coming with us.Guess what is sitting on my screened in porch? I'll give you one clue. It's not patio furniture like most normal people have.Every time I get on him about it he tells me 'keep it up and I'll take it apart and you'll be looking for somewhere else to put the microwave.'..LOL Hugs Kim
I can't even see our main tv, my husband parks his moped in front of it in the living room--we had our first one stolen from our driveway, but in the HOUSE?? It was supposed to be temporary...HAH...we bought it in March and it's still there...=/
You know I've tried that, the banging into them, doesn't work for this crew though. They're too busy trying to look around me to see the tv and turning up the volume.I found that the screaming at the top of my lungs and kinda making my eyes roll back in my head approach works best.LMAO Then they just look at me funny and ask me if I'm going crazy and I assure them daily thats exactly right I'm going crazy and they're all taking turns driving the bus.LOL..Gets them to move their feet though....Hugs...Kim

I'm glad everything is working out so well for you....and catmagnet I hear ya.I'm lucky if they're motivated enough around here to lift their feet while I'm running the vac.To actually see them get up and clean something, well I'd fall over here too. hugs...Kim
I'm glad things are going well for you, no point in everyone around here pitching in like that...I'd have a heart attack from the shock...maybe my back will stop hurting and I'll get motivated to do it myself...
