I just rode my bike down to the post office to pick up a few books I ordered. The trip there is nice, it is mostly downhill and there are a lot of trees and things to look at. I was listening to my IPOD and enjoying the trip. I got there and my books had arrived I was overjoyed.
As I started the trip back I put on a motivational song and started my trip. Along the way there is a hill that is very fun to go down but painful to go up. I usually stop and have to push the bike about half way up....don't tell anybody.
It hit me again today and I was mentally reaching up for motivation as if I was drowning and wanted to come up for air. The music wasn't working, my legs were killing me, and I always stopped before so why not?
When I thought about stopping the word "quit" popped in my mind and I felt like a hypocrite. I thought how can I come on here giving people advise about pain and not be able to fight my own. So I got off the bike and pushed it up the hill.......
Just kidding, I made it all the way up. I get great motivation from the people on here, both old and new. It has the ability to make the water shrink and breath new fresh air into my spirit. May the God of your understanding bless the wonderful people on here.
*Warning* This may seem too spiritual as you read it. Just laugh and say "Larry is crazy"
