Just wanted to give you the update on Hope

Our little girl is getting stronger. I don't think she is in as much pain as she was. She will never use that rt rear leg but she is getting by. I put a little heater in the pond so it won't freeze over. There 3 others in her herd and stay pretty close to her. I am so hoping by the Spring she will be able to take care of herself. We shall see. If not I will be there for her.
Man do they love apples with peanutbutter on them. Make hope thirsty lol!
I get to see them run and play not hope but I have seen he kick up her heels a few times.

thanks for the update. :)  Yesterday i read an article and i thought of Hope and her leg. The story was about a polish photographer than went to Alaska to take pics. He took some pics of a Big Polar Bear who seemed to have a broken rear leg, the criature had a lot of problems walking. Ok, next spring He went back to Alaska, saw the same Polar Bear with two cubes playing on the snow with them. :) IT seems Nature has a way of healing so GO HOPE  :)
