Tramadols the worst

I am battling an addiction to narcotic/opiates of many kinds unfortunately! I am an opportunist addict where I see an opportunity to use any kind of narcotic and I take it. My drug of choice: Tramadol, I was taking up to 30-40, 50 mg tabs a day. I detoxed over xmas last year. I was taking 20 or so loritab 7.5s a day. Thank you for help it is greatly appreciated!
