hi aimee, welcome to the site...medic is right the sunstance abuse side gets more ppl on it. but to answer your question. you said you have 3 pills left. you could take half in th a.m. and half in the p.m. for the next 3 days. i would just flush them and do c/t. and i five days you should be coming back to life. the w/ds usually last about 7 days for the physical and more for the mental..but you can work with the mental..days 3 & 4 are usually the worst. get started on the thomas receipe it will speed things along. the reeipe is in the health pages here on theis site. it is vitamins and aminos that really help the proces. also get as much as exercisde as you can. you will have to make yourself do it but it helps the brain start to endorphins again which is what the pills rob from us. also take as many hot baths as you can to sweat and wash out the toxins. you can message me if you wanna chat or have more questions

I think you have made tremendous progress already, even though it may not feel like it. I think you should first get used to the smaller dose you are on now until you no longer have those withdrawals you are currently experiencing. After that you could wean down by one pill per fortnight or something like that. This will only be maybe two months at most and the withdrawals will be minimal than at higher doses. The drug you are taking is a different addiction than things like nicotine. With nicotine, addicted is addicted and weaning will not ease withdrawals but with opioids the withdrawals are generally less from smaller doses.
I think you're doing great and just stick with your current progress with as much self-discipline as you can muster. I find that herbs such as valerian help a lot, as does meditation. I have been involved in martial arts all my life and have developed a healing method of meditation that feels euphoric through stimulation of certain neural pathways. Let me know if you would like me to send you some instructions on how to practice it, I promise it helps, I even taught it to a 12 year heroin addict friend of mine and she said it eased things up a lot.
Keep posting and notifying of your progress.
