Nargila how much unhealthy?

My sister started smoking nargila when she gets out with her friends.
She is just 16 years old, she smokes once, or two times a week, it isnt much,
The nargila she smokes is of fruit taste.
How much it is unhealthy, and is it ok for her to smoke a little bit?

Nargila, as I know it, is a "Hookah" as sarah mentioned so I am confused as to what it is she is smoking. What I can suggest is that you speak with her and ask her directly what is going on. Maybe she will get honest with you. I hope she does.
