When I was a kid, I read a book, and I can't find it again. It had a purple night sky, with a tree and on the tree was a door with a light shining inside. When you open the book, it was all purple.

I would be so happy if I could find this book again. Years and years I have been searching for it, I thought I found it tonight, but was wrong.

There is a a synopsis on every book which also may help.   Good luck.

No, that is another one that kept coming up for me when I did a search. I have tried amazon, ebay, google, and even barnes and noble.

It's because I don't have the authors name or the title that no professional can help me.

The Busy Little Squirrel?

It was about animals (a couple of squirrels for sure, and I think an owl) going to sleep. I thought I found it with "goodnight moon", but after watching a youtube video......that's not it.

It has a squirrel with a nightcap on, and sadly I can't remember to much more.
