So everyone knows a song can heal the soul. I am making a playlist for my iPad to get me through my recovery, keep me motivated, and remind me where I was and where I am gonna be. So far on my list ( I have listened to all of these every day since may last pill 4 days ago) 1. Cry out to Jesus by third day - for my spiritual fix. 2. Not afraid by Eminem - makes me wanna take this habit and kick its butt :). 3. The woman I meant to be - keeps me focused on where I am going and 4. Bob Marley " Three little birds" just to lift my spirits.  A very random selection. How about for you?

This was my old post with the old name Cira... I have added a few new songs to my play list. I love some Gary Allan life ain't always beautiful and every storm runs out of rain. Ohh and the new rascal flatts song Changed is a must hear :)
