We try to keep it nice on the politics, but sometimes it gets heated. I love a good debate with someone. So I'm gonna say this loveingly......your wrong about McCains voting record. He has voted with Bush about 90% of the time. The records show this and he admits this himself. I don't blame you for not trusting the reporter's. I don't much either. Reporter's don't do the investigating that their suppose to. If they did we probably wouldn't be at war in Iraq. It's up to us now to sift through this stuff and find the truth.
Have a great day !
McCain has said himself , he voted With Bush 90% of the time. What is he going to change, if he's agreed with Bush that often? Who and what is he gonna change, since the Republicans have been in office for 8 years? Is he gonna change the Republicans into Democrats? He hasn't really said what he's gonna change.
As for Palin, she's to new. No one really knows her and the BS she done. It takes more than 2 weeks to find out about peoples BS. Palin is a big mistake.
Twice Bush got elected for President. Right now, I have very little confidence in peoples abilities to make a good decision for president (except for those who DIDN'T vote for Bush). Some people should be takeing advice from those that saw Bush for who he really is. If you voted for Bush, maybe your judgement is not so good?
Or is everyone willing to make another bad mistake we can't undo? Wake up people !!!!
Well, I'm glad people are being respectful on here about what they are choosing. For me, it's McCain/Palin - but I would love it to be the other way Palin/McCain. A lot of people say it's another Bush if you vote for McCain and I disagree wholeheartedly. McCain is actually the type of candidate that would have been a democrat back in the 70s. He actually considered Lieberman as his running mate - that speaks volumns to me! He's willing to work with everyone! And, if you go and look at his record he has voted against Bush more often than the media tells us. He's a renegade in his own party and I like that. I'm actually tired of the me first attitude in our politicians. It's about time we had someone who cares about America first! I don't think that person is Obama and it is definitely not Biden. Obama says he wants to be the candidate of change than why did he choose Biden as his vice president (an insider in Washington for over 30 years!). That confuses me. To be completely honest, this has been the most difficult time for me as far as my vote goes. It wasn't until Palin entered the race that I decided to vote for McCain. Prior to that I felt I had no voice this time!
Again, thank you all for being respectful of each other's opinions. This is America where we have the right to choose and think for ourselves!
Hahahaha, Mary......I do watch FOX...."Fair & balanced"....lol. I do change over to CNN and MSNBC, but, I had to stop watching for a bit, because I was turning into.......uh, YOU !!!! I need a little break, and yes.....after watching Palin, and McDumazz...I just don't know. I will prolly vote for Osama......Did you see the tabloid about Obama?...wow! they are going to town with him....and his Muslim roots.....hmmm?
Obama puts lipstick on a pig, and sleeps with her every night.....lol. I can't stand Michelle Obama.......I can't stand her, but I know that I can't base my decision on that...urg. I just don't know yet, Mary..........
To Be Continued:......My fellow AMERICANS........
Yeah buddy ! I have traded addictions. lol I have the news on 24/7. It kills me when my customers don't have their t.v on. I even asked one last week if she could put the news on for us. lol
I can't believe you don't know who you are voting for! Girl, you have been watching Fox too long. McCain lies just like Bush. How could you ! Come over to the sain side CNN or MSNBC. Don't let them pull you in with the "lipstick on a pig" **** !
This is a subliminal message....(lol)

Dang it Mary.....I thought I smelled happiness burning !...lol. You are really into this...Really interesting thought provoking question.
Would I change my vote......hmmmm......?????????? Don't worry bout the smell all it's just me thinking......lol. Geez, i am so weird.......
I guess I honestly don't know who I am going to vote for yet, after deep thought?.....hmmmm?
nauty..........
Mary,
I think he just likes to talk to hear himself talk to be honest and I find it annoying. And I do think he was picked becasue he is from Pennsylvania and its going to be a key state in this election. He strikes me as the type to glide through life and just get by. I don't want a vice president or president to be like that.
I watch" Morning Joe" on MSNBC every morning. They have a rule that no one is allowed to say anything bad about Joe Biden. It's funny they keep threatning to have Pat Buchanan thrown off the set.
Is that the only reason you don't like Joe Biden. Come on there's got to be more to it than missing a parade ?
I actually can't think of anything not to like about him. He's an all around good guy in my book.
I like the ticket just the way it is. I think Sen.Obama made a great choice in Sen.
Biden...
Good question Mary, I don't like Joe Biden and he's from Pennsylvania. He dropped out of the Labor Day parade in Pittsburgh out of respect to the people affected by the storms but he was in Scranton later that day. Most other politicians participated.
I'm Republican but I don't like the pro life and no stem cell research agendas they have.
But to answer your question, my vote would not change.
How would it influence your vote. Who would you vote for or against.lol
It would influence my vote all the way.
How the heck did you think of that one Mary?
While I'd like to see Biden & Obama switch places on the ticket...I recognize that if they did, it would be an almost guaranteed loss for the democrats.
