I am honored to be in the presence of everyone attending this award ceremony and even more honored to be a part of The Football Pool Junkies. It takes hard work and dedication to execute such a wonderful performance. He has been worked his way up the standings at an enormously fast pace.
On behalf of all football pool junkies I take great honor in congratulating BMDad on his regular season victory. And, for his hard work and dedication, I am also honored to present him with this award in the form of a keyboard trophy!

Congratulations Brian!!! I combed the internet looking for some "big" way to celebrate and the best I came up with is something you gave me last season. So I am "re-gifting". The sentiment is there.

Seriously, you played unbelievably well and carried the winner's spot from the beginning!!! Everyone played great, you just played a little bit better.

A big shout out to our two new-comers this year, ANewLife & Miss Vicki. It was fun having you both on board!!!!

Congrats Brian very well done but I will get ya next year. Hey seems like alot of us are moving this year whats up with that. I guess its just the progression of life. Atually we are all getting closer since everyone is moving to the south. Maybe one day we will all live in the same town lol.

It was a great season and had fun with all of my good friends here so see y'all next year and on with the playoffs yeehay

With the long hours I work I won't have time to do my laundry so after about a week I'm pretty sure you'll break down and do it for me!  Unless you want to spend a fortune on air fresheners!!

I know you guys like it down there already. You'll be fine. I have an extra bedroom and bath if you need to room at my place. You have to do your own laundry though!! LOL

That's the plan unless something changes. My wife is going to finish off the school year here teaching and then we are outta here as long as the house sells by then. I want to sell it now so so we can buy some land and start clearing land so I can break ground on building once we get down there. She just received her KY teaching certificate in the mail the other day so she will be applying for jobs down there here soon. Normally schools post their job openings around February. I'll be able to work out of the union hall located in KY so will be able to work jobs in the area. If she's not able to find a job right away I can still come back up here and hit some outages if I need to. Heck, I might even have to sign the books in TN and work close to you! It's nice to be able to have something to fall back on just in case. The only downfall is I'd be away from the family for 3 to 4 weeks at a time so hopefully it won't come to that. They could still come and see me on weekends though. But, 3 to 4 weeks is much better than a year like it was when I was in the Marine Corps!

It's just a shame that it all worked out like this but the way I see it is everything happens for a reason. A change is usually a good thing more than it's not.

I would absolutely love to move to Minnesota! When I was younger we went on a few fishing trips there and I loved it. I love anything outdoors whether it's 90° or -20° and love the snow so Minnesota would be a perfect fit. Next to Alaska that would be my next choice. But remember, I'm married so I don't have a choice! ha ha

It wouldn't have been possible without you running the pool this year. Thank you for taking it over! Hopefully come next season I will be able to help out again as long as the move and everything works out okay. I may end up being busier as I plan on building our new home myself. If anything maybe we can alternate weeks or something. If you need help during the playoffs I should be able to help out. Just let me know.
