rough day

Its been 4 mothhs today since my son died...on  the other side it's my beautiful grandaughters 5th birthday and I can't wait to hear :"I love you grandpa"l...trying to fucus on that and not my son

Thank you all for the kind thoughts and comments...yes, I heard those beautiful words yesterday "I love you Grandpa" which lifted my spirits higher than they could go..

And Mommy52...my thoughts and nprayers especially with you, and trouble
thanks for the hug...I needed that :-) there's only one thing I can think of that I need more
(not in the same realm of course) :-)

A happy birthday to your granddaughter "Zoe"  I feel the loss of your son. You can be there for granddaughter, even though you still will always remember you son. I speak from experience. My son was near death on my other son's birthday. I prayed for him not to die on Matt's birthday. He didn't. He died 3 1/2 hours after midnight. I think of you so often and pray for your healing.  I have no words magic words to comfort you. But I do hope that you can draw some comfort knowing that there are many ppl that so obviously love you and wish you well.

I hope you can enjoy more smiles with your granddaughter. At five they are so full of innocent wonder and love.
