suboxone
Ok,so iv'e been off my sub for abt aweek and i really don't feel vey bad just a little of the norm stuff stomach,no energy etc.. the question is should i now stop everything i can handle what is going on with the mild w/d now i just don't want to keep taking sub's and get addicted to them but im als scaredi may in the future want to use so what to do?
I didn't mean to sound like "You, and only You, need a support group". All addicts need a strong support system and recovery group of some kind.
Yes, stop the Sub and find some kind of recovery group/care, like Vicki said. If you're afraid you may relapse, then you probably will..... if you don't get to some kind of support group/care. This forum is great, but not enough. You need in-your-face support.

I have personally came off suboxone after taking it for a year from 300+ mg of hydroxide.
Suboxone for me was really really really really really really hard.... get off now if you feel like the w/d aren't too bad for you. I was on it for way too long. The w/D's are horrible for suboxone too.
If I can find a codone in my car on day 6/7 & not take it when my whole body is telling me to, I know I can resist the erge Later! (Omg I wanted to eat it!)
I don't know about you but a have several reasons to justify numbing. For example that same day I found that pill I talked to the D.A twice so she could tell me that my molester uncle who is in jail again for molesting his granddaughter & her friend (age 7) & that I'm to testify in Cali in July. July the 12 if it doesn't get pushed back... life is a trigger for me! You can do this, I can do this!

i didn't see your post cause it's on the social forum...
i agree with the others that you should give it a try and go to NA meetings or a therapist...whatever you think it will work with you. It's the best tool for us to learn how to cope with life and no pills..
