hi...ive been on subs for about 7 months and have very recently stopped smoking. do you all think im trying to quit toomuch too soon? has anyone got any experince of this? i dont miss the fags at all but im worried that ill have no stress relievers at all when things get tough. any ideas gang??

i have a key worker that inever see...and a care plan of sorts..im mainly given the meds and left too it i guess
