I did not have to go to work due to bad weather....yeah!!!!   I am sitting at home thinking how long I have come..It can be done....I thank my family everyday for sticking by me I have the greatest family.....I feel so much better..pills are bad news!!!!  Words of encouragement are greatly appreciated!!!!

Congrats to you tinkr! what a huge feat you have reached. Double digits and it seems your confidence is where it needs to be to beat this addiction. Stay strong and try to think about aftercare asap. Now is when the mental aspects of wd will start to kick in. This is where we need to keep our guard up. It seems you will be ok. Good luck to you and God Bless! SUnny
