day 23

Hi,I am almost through day 23 and I am getting more done but I have very little energy.I run 3 miles a day but when I am running it feels like I am carrying another person on my back.I was running before and throughout this addiction.I went back to work friday at a very physical job and I tired out so easily it was unreal.I do not smoke either. Is this because my body is still not producing any endorphins or dopamine or anything?I also have no motivation and am anxious a little but not as much as a week ago.I can drink coffee energy drink now without having a panic attack.I am sleeping about 5-6 hours a night but it's quite hard to get to sleep.I was on oxy 150-160 per day for eight months.I just keep hoping that I will wake up any day and my energy will be back and I will feel normal but this is wearing me down and I feel like my body is damaged.I was healthy otherwise before this besides a badl broken arm which started all of this.ok enough whining.I hope this gets better or something good happens to me

Hmmm, the sweaty greasy palm could be toxins coming out of your system or stress and anxiety.

Congratulations on day 23 ricart. That is awesome! I think our bodies just need time to heal. You were doing heavy doses for 8 months. Compare that to 23 days. I sleep fine but also feel zapped. Are you taking vitamins, especially B complex. Not sure if your depressed but depression can cause extreme fatigue.
Hope this helps!
