10 mg diazepam should I take??
I have 10 m g diazepam that I got from a friend to go withe thomas recipe. should I maybe take that and then a little less over the next day or so could that help with my aniouness and being so down? Or should I leave it alone/ She gave me 3 pills What should I do?????

Adults—2 to 10 mg two to four times a day.
I would only take 1/2 when you absolutely need it. Benzos have their own set of problems. I used a similar drug at night, the first few days of w/d.
