so excited to hit my three week mark. Just wanted to give an update. Still trudging along. Sleep is getting better. Im not waking up in the middle of the night anymore (still need the trazadone to fall asleep). My stomach is still a mess, but getting better. :) Getting better one day at a time.

Yes, we do IOP three days a week and attend NA meetings. Looking forward to 30 days!
