11 days clean from opiates!!!!..and got a new job!!!

First of all thank you to all that have talked and supported me through this i hope to be clean for even longer and longer!!! Honestly i read alot of you who are eaither going through withdrawel or planning on going through them...let me tell you i was on oxy 10s and hydros for two years and i quit cold turkey with no suboxone or any other prescription mesication...just over the counter ibuprofen and lots of hot baths..it wad a ***** but so worth it!!! I honetly think its better just to use natural remedies because being on suboxine seems like it just takes you longer to get to your normal self also other drugs like valume can just get ypu addicted to another drug and youll have a second round of withdrawl..anyways my point is i fom my ipinion using other drugs to get off another will not make withdrawel any easier....i feel great thank you

Im using this forum to help me jus by talking...im on day two of cold turkey withdrawof 100,mg of norco at once a couple hrs b4 bed.  I ran out and said i gta do this...its been 2 yrs since ive been pill free....i do take rx xanax n rx trazodone for night n to sleep....last night wasnt as bad as i thought but night 2,3,4 i expect hell bc the drug is finally leaving me....wish me luck talk to u later or tomorro

Awwww thank you all so much all of you nice people have helped me so much bless your souls for it....hope to stay clean for a long long time...i finally feel free from the evil drug thank you god!!...you all are truly angels

Congrats on the 11 days and the new job!!  So proud of you.  We are all in this together; so happy for this forum and all it's support- I'm on day 24.

Good for you!! We call it the "Merry-Go-Round". Keep it up and make sure to stay Positive..There will be waves in & out but remember this is all part of the process. Congratulation on your days so far. It does take time for the Brain Chems and such to balance back.
