19 days clean

Hope everyone had a great Easter!! I was really trying to not post everyday about being clean.  But I realized how much I need you guys!!!  (tears). Your support blows me away. I thank u for that.

I managed to get through the holiday w no drugs!!  PraiseGod. Having a little anxiety today.  Wondering if its bc I hadn't posted today.  I know y'all probably think I'm crazy.  But it helps so much to here you guys cheering me on.

Yeah I got a kick out of reading that. Lol. I probably wouldn't make it through one of her videos...not yet anyway, but I'm getting there! This AbLounge is kicking my a$$...lol. I've let my muscles get so out of shape it's ridiculous. But it's all good...I'll get back soon enough!

Oh girl you are doing absolutely FABULOUS!! I just love you so much...you helped me through one of the hardest times in my life and I'll never forget you for that! I still have all our pm's saved and on rough days I go back and read them for encouragement and inspiration. NINETEEN DAYS!! You're rockin it out aint ya!! :)

And I really had to lol when I read your comment about the Jillian Michaels video....I had to take my car to the dealership today to get serviced and while I sat there for 3 flippin hours I read every magazine there. Anyway...I read an interview they did with her and she talked about exercising awhile back to her own video and how much she hated it and had to turn it off. Lol! Said she pushed ppl way hard and kept screaming to keep going and didn't give any breaks. So now she's working on a new 30 minute routine that's "easier" for ppl. Lmao! Just had to tell you that. :)

oh i hear ya on the anxiety thing!!  it drove me nuts for about 2 wks...i was 23-23 days clean and BAM out of nowhere....but my boss makes me stress so i think that's where most of it came from....lol

Proud of u for excercising.   Good girl!!!!!!  It just feels so good. I really had to push hard today to do a jillian michaels video.  Lol. Lil B!!  Makes u wanna punch her out sometimes.  In a good way. Ha.

This is such an up and down experience!!  I feel fine right now.  But my goodness was getting  an anxiety attack for lunch. until I finally posted on the forum.  

Hmmm I guess u could say I'm addicted to this forum and u guys.  Lol. I always seem to trade 1 addiction for another.  Ha. I think this ones ok tho.

Hubby gets a little aggravated w me sometimes. But he knows how much I need u all.  ;)

haha yea i need to do some spring cleaning too!  and i need to get some mulch to put out....crappy a$$ sand is getting tracked in my house!  uggg the HOA isn't putting anything out til later in the summer so i'll do it myself!  I need the exercise anyway...lol  OH btw i got out and walked almost 3 miles yesterday in this beautiful weather...i almost over did it tho....i was sore..hahaha  OUT OF SHAPE!!
