I dont know much about herion withdrawls but i can offer kind words and support to you. As with any withdrawl, it is going to get better. Everyday maybe every hour a little better, a little easier. You just have to remind yourself of all the reasons you are here. All the reasons you made the concious decision to stop. Remember what kind of person you were before the drugs took hold and what kind of person you were when the drugs did have its hold on you. Of course, like all of us, you want to be that person you were before drugs. You can do it. No its not easy but it is within reach. Try to keep yourself busy. Watch a funny movie, go for a walk or read a book! Anything is better than just sitting there thinking. This is my saying  i like to think of when it gets tuff...WE all decided to make that turn down Addiction Road. Yes we made a wrong turn. We have to make that choice to do a U-turn and get back to the right road in life. Yes we are going to hit bumps in that road on our way back but you have to keep going and get the he!! off Addiction Rd. You can do this. We all are here to help you in any way possible. Stick around and keep posting. It truly helps!

Wow you're doing a great job!! I'm glad that you have something that's opiate free for your w/d's because it's tough to just trade on addiction for another. Thankfully you're not doing that!

As for the mental, are you on AD's? There's a natural supplement called SamE, which you can buy anywhere and it helped me alot with the mental blues. Like I said it's all natural so there's no worries about getting addicted.

Keep up the great work and keep posting. When I was coming off of Oxy's, CT, the only thing that saved me was this forum and the wonderful people who took the time to hold my hand and walk me through it.
