Have any of you found a non-narcotic way to treat pain that actually works? I had a disc surgery now I have this pain in my leg that is excutiating at times, not always. Any idea's or things you've tried.
I guess I'm going to have to stop being lazy,(so much easier to just pop a pill). Put on heels for the first time in a year like a dumb ***. I haven't hurt like this in a month or so.Thanks
sleeping with a pillow under my knees helps...also ice and heat alternating...ibuprophen and massage as well...hope it feels better
