How can you gain back weight fast after 6 month heroin relapse and 40pds lost? I am 165 was 205 last september.Wellbutrin takes awy my craving and seirously helps with withdrawal symptoms but makes you lose weight right

If you find out how to gain that weight back let me know. I am 24 days off Vicoden and I have lost 15 pounds. I am a small women and I sure don't need to lose the weight. I can't take protien shakes as I can't use any milk products. So hope we both get back on track. I am so proud of you, just stay clean and I think we will both figure out how to get the weight back on.

hi, and welcome,you need to get some good nutrients back in you, not only to gain weight, but for your health, you need proteins, you could take the protein health drinks/shakes,  also fresh fruit and veg, eating them raw is best, sugary stuff isnt much help, and not good for you, take a good vitamin supplement and some calcium/magnesium/zinc, b vitamins are also needed, these are what your body is depleted in with taking drug, i wish you well, take care,     sudie
