4th week on Suboxone...

I started my 4th week of Suboxone and I also started a tapering off schedule!  THANK YOU AMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


I noticed 2 new things though.....

1.  i keep having "body spasms" when falling asleep mainly, but I sometimes get them while I am sleeping and it wakes me up.  Almost seizure like.  Any suggestions?

2.  Also, I think Suboxone messes with hormones (not sure)  but my sex drive is like non-existent!!!!  I am usually like a bunny...as soon as my boyfriend comes through the door its like HI HONEY...LOL!  Did anyone else have this problem?

I chat with w2 quite often.... has really helped me too a great deal.
It is interesting to follow others tapers as my son hopefully will be starting his soon... but we go day by day.

Congrats on starting your taper off sub......sounds like you are doing great!!!
It will only continue to get better!!!!    well...after you're all done w/ the detox!!!!

I started tapering on Tuesday.  I am still on 8mg.  I had a wonderful lady from here help me with a tapering off schedule... her screen name is wait2long!  She has been absolutely amazing and such a terrific support person!  Any questions about Suboxone or tapering, I would ask her.  Other than a few things, I would have say that Suboxone has been a LIFE SAVER!  I have only a few minor things with it, but it has worked great!!!!  I wish your son great luck and please keep me updated on his progress!!!

HEY HONEY!!!  How are you?  Dealing with crazy weather...again!  The last 2 days have been gorgeous, lower 60's and sunny!  But we could wake up with wet snow tomorrow morning!  Thanks for getting back to me!!!  I posted pics....take a look!!!!
