It's been a long time I posted anything but it's bragging time lol


I'm 500 days clean today!!!! yay


I was on benzos for 10 years, tapered off with dr's supervision and here I am full of vitality, happy and FREE. Please ppl don't forget aftercare, it's been a life savior to me. I thought I could do it alone but NO WAY...

Sometimes we want what we want with our expectations on living clean now and here.... but we have to be patient and work all the way without giving up until we reach the goal, yours with benzo had to be a slow one but you have kept working on it all the way...congrats because you deserve what you have now. As for now, go to this wonderful patisserie in amsterdam and eat a bunch of cakes !!!!! :)
