5th day

Its my 5th day without any tabs or percs. mornings are still somewhat rough the naus. is still there when i try to eat but once i get some fruit and protien shake in and a smaller meal 3 hrs later its not as bad when i try to eat again 3hrs later. Its the rollercoaster ride with really high highs and low lows. Ive told everyone i deal with on a regular basis what im trying to do and there all really supportive my girlfriend especially. It was harder trying to quit last time because i kept it to myself for 2 weeks before i told my GF and I think talking about or just having someone know how im feeling helps out a lot. I start my drug counseling monday and im gonna refuse the subutex the dr. will subscribe me since im 5 days in without even a tylenol, well i took one lastnight cause i had the ***** of all headaches for some reason but it actually felt better then feeling the depression or anxiety so i welcome all headaches just because they make me feel semi normal again.Work is hard but the ppl i work with help me laugh and are carrying alot of weight for me so with all this back up Im positive im gonna be alright. If anyone has any helpful hints with the naus. please let me know ive tried bananas but they only help my stomach not feel upset but I need actual food throughout the day since I go to the gym 5 times a week . ty in advance for all advice

yeah gingerale is what i use when I'm nauseated..warm..that usually works for me..Congrats to you on day 5..i'm really happy for you..

Ginger works great for nausea I know you can get it a tea .. I used it durning my first pregnancy  7 out of the 9th months I had morning / all day sickness.(lol)
I think you can get it at  GNC.
You are doing great ..... things will start getting much better really soon .post often there is tons of support here.

Walmart makea liquid nausea medication that is like 2 bucks..and it works...sweet tasting/kida yucky but it helped mine and a friend gave it tom during detox...stay with easy to digest foods...protein shakes were at least one of my meals daily...look for food high in protien easy to digest...cheese, fish is easier to digest than beef or chicken...veggies too just the raw stuff aggravted me during detox...good luck..sounds like u r doing well..exercise helps so much
