60 days.....

Today marks the 60th day of freedom from Hydro...Cold Turkey

I was on 115mg per day for 3+ years


This is my 3rd time being clean

1st time went 90 days, started getting these scary pressurized headaces and wound up relapsin

2nd time went almost 30 days and just said "**** it" and relapsed

This time i aint going back

Oh,  I Also havent had a ciggarette in 45 days (smoked a pack a day for 16 years)

Congrats on 2 months dude and congrats on quitting smoking too. I have every excuse in the book to not quit smoking lol. It's such a disgusting habit. Your doing great!

that is so great! i love to hear about people's sucesses in quitting. you should be proud!!!!  im on day 17 off oxys so that's great to hear. Do you have your energy back yet?

Thanks to all the positive and kind replies.....

I have never felt better....

I had all my energy back by day 21-28....

Depression was brutal from days 10-28

I sleep 8-10 hours a nite......

I have gained 20lbs...i look great, feel great, blazing tan......

WHO NEEDS THOSE NAST STUPID LITTLE PILLS!

THEY DICTATE YOUR LIFE!  ITS ACTUALLY VERY SAD!

YOU ALL COULD DO IT!  STOPPING THINKING ABOUT IT, AND JUST DO IT!

START A NEW LIFE, A NEW ROUTINE.....IT ALL SINKS IN AFTER TIME
