Here I Am Day 1 and Feeling really bad!How long will it take?

This iws day one for me and I need to know how long ill feel like this? Its the absolute worse feeling no energy restless heart racing in bathroom every 5 min took immodium for that hasn't helped yet! Is there anything I can get @ pharmacy to ease this alittle? I mean I no I deserve to suffer the consequences for my stupidity in taking so many hydros a day! But I want to get better for my family and 2 beautiful innocent boys!Help if there is any?

I am sorry you are feeling bad as we have all been there. This is the best decesion you will ever make as I promise each day is a new day and life on the other side is beautiful!. Everyone is different on how their body detoxs, just hang in there keep posting and we will get you through. Make sure you start taking a vit, so important!! Gatorade was a life saver in my earlier days, and yes I had to force it. Keep taking the imm I found liquid to be the best. There is also an otc nausea med called dramamine, this too was a must for myself. Hang in there, you can do this!!!!! And please keep posting

You are just going to have to push threw it remember its one week out of the rest of your life.It does get better if you have an electric blanket or you can wrap in to help with the body aches it worked great for me ... It you look in the "health pages " there is something called the amino acid protocol it has supplements that can help you body return to normal faster .Also exercise everyday I know you feel like there is no way you can do it but you can and it will make you feel better and speed up the process of getting your body back to normal ....
