hey my friend,
now thats a man who gets things done. good for you. you are making excellent progress. you are doing all the things you need to stay a recovering addict and not an active one.

so thurs, is the na meeting and monday is counseling that is awesome. you are putting one front in the front of the other, making the necessary phone calls, running these are all so important. i knew you could do it. there was no doubt in my mind.
so keep on keeping on,

yes im going to another one tomorrow  and ive been runnign two times a week. and i start on monday my first meeting with a counselor
