day 2 severe panick attacks

hey guys this is day 2....no subs....severe panick attacks....i do have benzos but i am tryin not to take them.....omg you all....this is just pure insanity im not even having the sweats that bad right now just super panicky no appetite, you know if someone offered me a week vacation to the caribbean i would be home already, it feels like time is going so sloooooooooooowwwwwwww when your waiting for wds to pass. i sobb uncontrollably and now im getting cravings bad....thank god i have no money or access to drugs lol

Hey hang in there...first few days are HORRIBLE...Sorry...can u get out and try and take a walk?

what kind of Benzo's do you have? I used Ativan during my first few days...I know they can be addictive, but I've never been addicted to Ativan; i havent needed them the past 3-4 days...
