87 days off all MEDs

I haven't taken any Valium, or any opiates for 87 days. I am starting to have some good days finally! I still have bad dys with anxiety and no sleep but going to NA meetings and working the steps with a sponser has given me the tools to do this. I have made a lot of wonderful new friends there am so glad I found it.I tested positive for Valium last week and was shocked but the dr said because I used for so long it could take 90 days to clear my body. I will retest at 90 days or the day before cause I hit 90 days on christmas ! I hope everyone is doing well and you all have peaceful holidays. Can't thank all of you enough for the support given to me.

I'm at day 87 too.  I know how much you have suffered, my friend, and I'm so, so, SO happy you are finally having some good days.

Lil, didn't we come into this group around the same time? I believe you have 112 days off Subutox or Methadone?? Wow you're doing great. 90 days and Christmas at the same time. What a beautiful day that will be. Congratulations Lilly. I'm so proud of you.
