just wondering

i was just wondering if someone is using tramadol for a while then swiched to vicoden for a while, witch drug will they w/d from?

I think if your switching back and forth it will be pretty much the same wds. Alot on here say that the physical wd from trams is the same and the mental part even worse. Avisg has alot in her journal on Tram as it was her DOC. Good luck. Corey

I suppose it would depend on how long the person has been taking Vicodin in place of Tramadol. I honestly do not know that much about Tramadol but I do know that both are highly addictive and I would not recommend trading one addiction for another...

If the person is on Tramadol and has been for awhile... Going cold turkey off of it can be dangerous. I believe there is some information on this in the Health Pages (there is a link in the upper right corner of the page) about this.

Also, there are several people on this site who do have a lot of experience with Tramadol.

Anything of this nature that is taken over time will cause withdrawals and you can expect muscle aches and cramping, restlessness, body temperature irregularities, sweating, intestinal distress, sleeplessness, irritation, depression... I have heard people refer to it as the Super Flu...
